One of the standout features of Palo Alto Creamery is their all-day breakfast menu, a treasure trove of comforting favorites. Indulge in the irresistible Buttermilk Pancakes, served irresistibly fluffy and paired with real Vermont maple syrup—a must-try delight that will send your taste buds soaring. Want something light yet satisfying? Don’t miss the Fresh Fruit Bowl or the Homemade Granola, perfect for those seeking wholesome yet delicious options.

And if you have a sweet tooth, the Fountain Treats menu is here to fulfill your cravings. Choose from a variety of thick, creamy milkshakes that are custom-crafted to satisfy your unique taste. From dreamy chocolate to the crowd-favorite banana split, or a classic egg cream that harks back to your childhood, every sip promises pure joy. Sandra Blot perfectly captures the essence of this diner: “The milkshakes are thick, creamy, and absolutely worth trying.”

The bakery counter doesn't disappoint either. Treat yourself to a slice of their Fresh Baked Pies, including the zesty Key Lime or the rich Cherry Crumb—a combination of flavors that Jessie W lauds for its nostalgic deliciousness. And if you’re in the mood for a slice of decadence, the Brownie Chunk NY Style Cheesecake is a must-have, crafted with silky cheesecake atop a chocolate brownie base that’s sure to tantalize your cravings.

Stepping into Palo Alto Creamery feels like a trip back in time. You'll love their zesty key lime pie or the rich, fruit-filled cherry pie. It's pure, creamy deliciousness that takes you back to simpler times.

Loved the classic American diner vibe—cozy booths, retro decor, and a killer jukebox. The burgers were juicy, the milkshakes rich, and the service super friendly. Felt like stepping into a scene from the ’50s. Definitely coming back for brunch!

A fantastic American diner with a charming retro interior and a great vibe! The all-day breakfast is a real treat—delicious, hearty, and served in generous portions. The milkshakes are thick, creamy, and absolutely worth trying. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Perfect spot for a classic diner experience!

I enjoyed a late breakfast here. My waiter told me that they are known for their milkshakes. I was recommended to have the dish shown, a hash brown pie. The flavors were nice. Service here is great and the atmosphere feels like an old time diner. Prices seemed a bit high even for the area for breakfast dishes. It is worth a visit if you are craving diner food in the downtown Palo Alto area.

we went to Palo Alto Creamery because it is across the street from our hotel (Nobu). the food was very typical diner type food. good all-american diner type food. i had the scrambled eggs with ham mushrooms and avocado. it was very wholesome :). we all tried their milkshakes (my family tried the coffee and chocolate milkshakes but i think the best flavor was my sons banana with vanilla milkshakes (not on the menu; they just made one for him) their service was excellent. they gave us a cup of coffee while we waited in line. would i go back again ? Absolutely. it was a very good breakfast and the milkshakes, which everyone says is the best, are very good. try the banana vanilla milkshakes, i really thought that tasted really good

Hospitality. That's what you receive at the Palo Alto Creamery. I have tried every breakfast place in Menlo Park, Palo Alto. None compare to the Palo Alto Creamery. It's perfect. Great coffee, great menu. The menu ranges from simple old style food to sophisticated modern salads and veggie greats. I'm coming here for 15 years. Every so often I try a new place. I have never found a cafe or diner in America to match it. That's just me. The staff are incredible. There is always a welcome, and for everybody. Even if the place is absolutely packed, they will ensure that you are made welcome, offered a coffee, and get the next available seat in line. The waiting staff and the kitchen crew are some of the hardest working men I have ever seen working in hospitalty. They're always respectful, always mannerly. Ricardo and Armando are my favourite hosts, but that's because I like to sit on the table side and I guess that's their zone. And Bob, a legend. Keep up the excellent work people. Can't wait until my next visit.
